Systems Trainer

Ever tried building one training programme that has to work differently in every branch it touches? As a Systems Trainer at Lomond, you'll report to the Head of Operations and work across multiple locations throughout the North of England, helping colleagues build confidence and capability in the CRM systems that support our lettings and sales businesses.

This role sits at the heart of operational consistency across the group. You'll work closely with Operations, regional teams and colleagues involved in acquisitions to ensure people can use the systems they rely on effectively, apply processes correctly, and deliver the high standards expected across our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Design, develop and maintain training programmes for CRM systems, including induction and role-specific learning pathways.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions that help new and existing colleagues become confident system users.
  • Build and maintain expert knowledge of Reapit lettings and sales functionality and MRI Engage.
  • Support colleagues joining Lomond through acquisition, ensuring they receive the training and guidance needed to transition successfully.
  • Use audit findings and compliance outcomes to identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted training solutions.
  • Drive operational efficiency by identifying opportunities to improve system usage and reduce risk.
  • Partner with training colleagues across the group to share best practice and continuously improve learning materials.
  • Maintain accurate training records and monitor learning activity across the region.
  • Ensure training content remains aligned with relevant legislation, regulation and internal policies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
