SystmOne Change Consultant Required

A SystmOne Change Consultant is needed to support a large NHS transformation programme.

Initial 6-Month Contract with Hybrid Working

Role Focus

  • Focused on the people and process side of change, rather than pure SystmOne configuration

Experience Required

  • Experience across SystmOne deployments
  • Service redesign
  • Adoption
  • Training
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Embedding new workflows into operational teams

  • Strong background working directly with clinical, operational, and community/mental health services would be highly beneficial

Key Requirements

  • Looking for someone who can drive change, improve engagement, and support successful implementation across services
  • We would also be keen to speak with candidates who have led wider change or transformation workstreams, as there may be scope for the role to be positioned at a more senior or lead level for the right individual
