SyteLine Finance Consultant | £55,000–£65,000 + 25% Bonus | Hybrid
Are you a Finance / ERP professional with experience across Infor SyteLine (CSI) or Infor LN Finance?
Chapman Tate is currently recruiting for an established ERP consultancy that is expanding its team and looking for an experienced SyteLine Finance Consultant to join them.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take on a client-facing consulting role, work across interesting ERP transformation projects, and play a key role in helping manufacturing businesses improve their finance processes.
What will you be doing?
You’ll take ownership of finance workstreams across a variety of ERP projects, working closely with customers from initial requirements through to implementation and ongoing optimisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading finance workstreams across ERP implementations, upgrades and optimisation projects
- Gathering requirements and facilitating workshops with finance teams
- Configuring and supporting ERP finance functionality
- Working across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting and Financial Reporting
- Supporting data migration, testing, UAT and go-live
- Delivering user training and supporting adoption
- Producing functional specifications and process documentation
- Advising customers on finance processes and ERP best practice
- Providing ongoing consultancy and support to existing customers
- Working closely with project managers, technical consultants and senior customer stakeholders

What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone with a strong combination of finance knowledge and ERP experience.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Strong finance & accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine/CSI) or Infor LN Finance
- Experience implementing, supporting or optimising ERP finance solutions
- Experience within manufacturing, distribution or product-based businesses
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A customer-focused and commercially aware approach

An ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA or equivalent qualification would be advantageous, as would experience within Aerospace & Defence, Engineer-to-Order, Complex Discrete Manufacturing or other regulated industries.
What’s on offer?
- £55,000 – £65,000 basic salary
