The team produces the awards-nominated 4ThreeThree Global Football Podcast and the popular Daily Liverpool Podcast, showcasing a strong focus on football and fan culture. True Pitch Media values compelling storytelling, professional audio production, and audience engagement across digital platforms. Interns joining the company will gain exposure to a creative, fast-paced media environment with opportunities to contribute to recognizable podcast brands.
Role Description
This remote T-Shirt Designer Intern role is an internship position focused on creating apparel designs that reflect True Pitch Media’s podcasts, brand identity, and audience interests. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will:

- Brainstorm and sketch design concepts
- Develop digital mockups
- Refine artwork based on feedback from the content and marketing teams

The role involves:
- Collaborating to align designs with show themes, sports culture, and listener communities
- Preparing files suitable for printing and online merchandising
- Assisting with visual assets for social media or promotional campaigns connected to new episodes, special events, or limited-edition merchandise drops
This is a 3-month student internship and, as such, is unsalaried.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in graphic design, illustration, or apparel design using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or comparable software
- Ability to translate podcast themes, sports culture, and audience interests into clear, engaging visual concepts
- Basic understanding of print-ready file preparation, typography, color theory, and layout for T-shirt and merchandise design
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to incorporate feedback, and comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Interest in podcasts, sports (especially football/soccer), and digital media; prior experience with branding or fan-focused designs is a plus
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred but not required
