T3 Network Engineer — Cisco & Fortinet specialist on a high-value managed services team

£45,000 | Hybrid | Solihull or Wakefield (3 days/week)

Our client is a well-established MSP with a dedicated platinum support team looking after their most strategic enterprise customers. They're hiring a T3 Network Engineer to join that team — handling the complex escalations, the difficult conversations, and the problems that need someone who really knows their stuff.

This isn't a service desk role. It's a senior technical seat on a team that supports high-value accounts where expectations are high and the technical bar matches it. Cisco and Fortinet are the primary stack. MSP background preferred but strong end-customer engineers will be considered.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Own T3 escalations across a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers — connectivity and CPE focus, no voice
  • Support and manage Cisco routing, switching, and Firepower firewall environments
  • Support and manage Fortinet FortiGate and FortiSD-WAN deployments
  • Work across secondary technologies including Meraki and Juniper where required
  • Be the senior technical authority when things get complex — escalation stops with you
  • Communicate confidently and clearly with senior customer stakeholders under pressure

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
