You will play a key role in coordinating high-priority incidents, supporting resilience testing and recovery planning, driving post-incident improvements, and providing governance and reporting across incident and resilience activities as well as reviewing existing processes to identify and implement robust process enhancements. Working across business, technology and third-party partners, you will help strengthen third party resilience capabilities and ensure effective outcomes during disruption.

This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with teams across Transfer Agency Oversight, Client Services, Product, Technology, Delivery, Risk, Compliance, Legal and external providers to support continuous improvement and operational resilience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Important Business Service (IBS) mapping, resilience assessments and dependency analysis.
  • Coordinate and participate in resilience testing, recovery exercises and scenario-based simulations.
  • Support governance forums, risk reviews and resilience working groups.
  • Assist in the oversight of third-party adherence to KPIs and third-party relationships focusing on resiliency and long-term success.
  • Provide analysis, documentation and programme support across Resilience & Recovery initiatives.
  • Support awareness, training and onboarding activities for resilience and incident management processes.
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve operational resilience, recovery capability and client outcomes.
  • Develop expertise in incident management, business continuity, operational resilience and industry best practices.
  • Deep dive into end-to-end processes across the TA Oversight team to identify opportunities to optimise and prevent issues through ongoing process improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
