Tablet Support Engineer (SC Cleared)
Location: Leiston, Suffolk - onsite
Role Description
I'm looking for a SC Cleared Tablet Support Engineer to support a major tablet management and distribution programme. This is a hands-on opportunity to work across device deployment, configuration, asset management and end-user support within a structured enterprise environment.
You'll help prepare and distribute tablets, ensure devices are correctly configured and secure, and provide first-line support throughout deployment. You'll also maintain inventory records, validate device functionality and help resolve common hardware, software and connectivity issues.

Key Skills and Responsibilities
- Microsoft Intune for mobile device enrolment, configuration and compliance.
- Tablet provisioning, deployment and lifecycle management.
- Level 1 technical support and troubleshooting.
- Device configuration, authentication and connectivity testing.
- Asset management, inventory control and CMDB updates.
- Device allocation, stock audits and deployment documentation.
- Microsoft 365 and Entra ID knowledge.
- Incident management and escalation procedures.

Essential Requirement
Candidates must hold valid, transferable SC Clearance. The contract will be awarded following the required security checks.
