The Tactical Commando

The Tactical Commando is responsible for providing immediate merchandising support in priority or problem areas to ensure product availability, proper display execution, and compliance with merchandising standards. The role focuses on quick deployment, issue resolution, and execution of urgent trade marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rapidly deploy to assigned stores or areas to address urgent merchandising issues
  • Set up, fix, or improve product displays, planograms, and promotional materials
  • Ensure product availability, correct pricing, and stock visibility on shelves
  • Support product launches, promos, store openings, and special campaigns
  • Replace or support merchandisers during absences, peak periods, or critical situations
  • Submit timely field reports with photos, findings, and action recommendations
