About the Role:
Location: (Far North – Glasgow)
We are looking for a Tactical Sales Representative to join our growing field team. This is a flexible field-based role supporting regional sales teams through retail activation, consumer engagement, and store-level activities. You will work across your assigned region, visiting retailers, supporting product launches, delivering brand activities, and providing additional support to sales teams when required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, traveling, engaging with people, and representing exciting consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-store brand activation activities, consumer engagement, and product demonstrations.
- Support new product launches and retailer engagement activities.
- Visit retail stores and build positive relationships with store teams.
- Provide temporary territory support during holidays, vacancies, or busy periods.
- Support wholesale and distribution partner events.
- Record daily activities, store feedback, and market insights.
- Identify retailer opportunities and communicate feedback to the Regional Manager.
- Travel regularly across the assigned region, including occasional overnight stays when required.
- Support onboarding and joint store visits with new team members.

Requirements
- Full UK driving license.
- Access to your own vehicle.
- Comfortable with frequent regional travel.
- Confident communicating with retailers and consumers.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Flexible attitude and willingness to support different regional priorities.
- Available for occasional evening or weekend events.
- Previous experience in any of the following is preferred:
- Field sales
- Retail
- FMCG
- Brand ambassador roles
- Hospitality
- Customer-facing positions
