Kingdom Services Group are proud to be a trusted security partner to Tesco Supermarkets, and we’re looking for experienced retail security professionals to join our Tactical Response Unit (TRU) across the Leicester area.

Pay
£16.14 per hour
Location
Leicester & surrounding areas (mobile role across Tesco stores)
Hours
On average hours per week, across Monday - Sunday.
Flexible, Operationally Driven Shifts Including
- 06:00am - 2:00/3:00pm
- 2:00pm – 11:00pm
- 3:00pm – 11:00pm
Weekend Availability Essential
The Role
This is not a standard guarding position.
You’ll deliver intelligence‑led, mobile retail security operations, deploying to high‑risk and priority stores. Working overt and covert, you’ll tackle theft, reduce shrinkage, protect colleagues and customers, and respond rapidly to incidents in a fast‑paced retail environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Mobile patrols across multiple retail sites
- High‑impact retail loss prevention operations
- Covert and overt theft detection
- Professional response to theft, ASB, and aggressive behaviour
- Lawful detention in line with legislation and company procedures
- Evidence gathering, statements, and prosecution support
- CCTV operation and targeted surveillance
- Liaison with police, store leadership, and crime teams
- Conflict management, de‑escalation, and emergency response
What You’ll Need
- Valid SIA Licence
- Proven retail security experience (essential)
- Strong understanding of retail loss prevention procedures
- Confident communication and sound decision‑making
- Full 5‑year checkable employment history
- UK driving licence (preferred for this mobile role)
