At Intrepid, unforgettable trips don’t happen by chance – they’re shaped by people who know their destinations inside out, can juggle the details, and genuinely care about delivering exceptional experiences. We’re looking for a Tailor-Made Specialist, UK/EU to help make that happen.

In this role, you’ll design and sell bespoke itineraries that reflect Intrepid’s commitment to Sustainable, Experience-Rich Travel.

You’ll work closely with our DMC partners, suppliers, and travel agent partners to ensure competitive pricing, timely confirmations, and high-quality service standards. You’ll support direct travelers, co-branded partners, and travel agents across the UK and EU, helping create journeys that truly stand out.

This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone with a strong background in travel sales or customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating personalised, memorable experiences. You’ll be confident juggling multiple priorities, responding to leads across phone, email, and live chat, and ensuring every itinerary is booked accurately and efficiently.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
