Product Manager – Tailormade Travel
We’re looking for a commercially driven Product Manager with strong tailormade travel and worldwide destination knowledge to help define, develop and grow bespoke product. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the tailormade offering across key worldwide destinations, creating exceptional itineraries while balancing creativity with strong commercial thinking.
What You’ll Do
- Help define and develop the worldwide tailormade product strategy
- Build and refine bespoke itineraries, experiences and routing
- Work with DMCs and suppliers to negotiate rates and enhance product
- Analyse pricing, margins, performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to bring the product to life
- Ensure the product remains inspiring, competitive and commercially successful

What You’ll Bring
- Strong background in tailormade product management
- Excellent knowledge of worldwide destinations
- Proven experience developing or managing bespoke itineraries
- A highly commercial mindset, with strong understanding of pricing and margins
- Creative, customer-focused and commercially astute
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
