About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate, knowledgeable Tailor‑Made Travel Consultant to craft exceptional, bespoke itineraries across Southeast Asia. You’ll combine deep regional expertise with outstanding service to deliver holidays that are detailed, personalised, and genuinely memorable.

What You’ll Do

  • Design tailor‑made itineraries across Southeast Asia, aligned to client interests, budgets, and travel styles.
  • Deliver exceptional sales and service to new and existing clients via phone, email, and in‑person consultations.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date destination and product knowledge through research, supplier engagement, training, and travel.
  • Work closely with Product, Service, and Marketing teams to ensure our offering remains best‑in‑class.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with DMCs, suppliers, and partners to support high‑quality, customised bookings.
  • Support team development through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and contributing to product improvements.
  • Manage the full client journey from enquiry to booking, ensuring high conversion, accuracy, and exceptional service.

  • Genuine passion for Southeast Asia, with strong knowledge of key destinations, cultures, and travel styles.
  • Experience designing or selling bespoke travel (2–5 years ideal, but passion and knowledge are key).
  • Strong communication skills and a personable, client‑focused approach.
  • Ability to deliver high‑quality work at pace, with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Experience living, working, or extensively travelling in Latin America or Japan is an advantage.
  • Confidence working with suppliers, managing complex itineraries, and balancing service with commercial awareness.
