What will you be doing?
The objective of the role is the delivery of a client OR a portfolio of client, talent programmes to include staff augmentation, project hiring or MSP/RPO solutions, typically valued in excess of £1m in fees or c.300 placements per year.
Working closely with the Account Director, and the key client stakeholders, the role delivers our client’s work force hiring plan. Success is measured through timely delivery, customer satisfaction and the delivery of the resourcing program to financial budgeted expectation.
Working with medium-large sized client accounts and therefore complexity in different settings, models etc., the Account Manager will be responsible for line management and development of TA Managers/TA Partners and operational delivery teams to ensure best in class recruitment is delivered against programme SLAs. Focus on client stakeholder engagement to include programme governance reporting and identifying up-sell opportunities. Working with the Account Director and Michael Page shared services to build relationships with internal Michael Page stakeholders to support client account delivery.

Key Activities include
Customer Management:
- Understand the needs and drivers of the client in order to develop strong relationships and ensure successful programme delivery
- Own delivery of the workforce plan, ensuring recruiters deliver against agreed SLA’s
- Pro-actively manage and put in place solutions for achieving best in class service to Enterprise Solutions customers
- Build relationships internally and externally in order to accomplish personal and team goals
- Achieve positive customer satisfaction reviews from external stakeholders including clients, suppliers and candidates
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities for the client programme
- Seek out opportunity to up-sell Michael Page products as per our customer centricity objective
Financial Management:
- Consistently deliver programme to forecast
- Focus on direct recruitment using different methods to attract potential candidates, develop talent pools and generate revenue against pre-defined budget. Demonstrate delivering cost savings for the client
- Working to achieve budgeted revenues/main targets per calendar year
- Identification of any financial risk throughout the client programme(s)
Data Integrity:
- Adoption and usage of ATS to drive performance of program for maximum efficiency and customer experience
- Ensure all client and Enterprise Solutions data is managed in the appropriate VMS/ATS, ensuring 100% data integrity at all times
- Produce account governance/MI reporting, presenting to both internal Enterprise Solutions and external client stakeholders.
- Proactively provide data and market insights to stakeholders and business leaders making strong recommendations to inform key decisions
