We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition – Admin Support professional to join our HR team in Fareham on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting a busy period of growth and recruitment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves being organised, enjoys working with people and wants to build their experience within a fast-paced Talent Acquisition environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialist with a high volume of recruitment activity
- Creating and posting job advertisements across recruitment platforms and social media
- Managing candidate applications and keeping recruitment systems and records up to date
- Coordinating interviews, assessments and hiring manager meetings
- Communicating with candidates and helping deliver a great candidate experience
- Supporting candidate sourcing, talent pools and recruitment campaigns
- Preparing offer documentation, contracts and new starter paperwork
- Coordinating references, right-to-work checks, BPSS and other pre-employment screening
- Maintaining recruitment trackers, dashboards and hiring reports
- Working with recruitment agencies and external partners
- Supporting onboarding, inductions, careers events and employer branding activities
- Helping identify ways to improve recruitment processes and administrative efficiency

What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruitment administration, HR administration, Talent Acquisition coordination or a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to get stuck in
- Good IT and administration skills, with experience using recruitment or HR systems desirable
- An understanding of confidentiality, GDPR and the importance of accurate recruitment records
