Job Description
Join Flatpay as a Talent Acquisition Administrator to drive our high-volume hiring for field sales and customer support roles. Working alongside Senior TA Partners in our London hub, you will manage the recruitment funnel from sourcing to onboarding. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for launching an in-house recruitment career.

What You Will Do
- Manage the end-to-end candidate pipeline by reviewing CVs, conducting first-stage telephone screenings, and coordinating assessment days for sales and support roles.
- Proactively source high-quality talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals to ensure a consistent flow of candidates for Flatpay’s expanding UK team.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with precision and support the Head of HR with offer preparations and seamless onboarding handovers.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses 1-2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency or high-volume environment such as sales, retail, or hospitality.
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure while multitasking across multiple open requisitions and candidate communications.
- Showcases strong communication skills and a "sky-high ambition" mindset, aligning with Flatpay's values of ownership, respect, and meritocratic decision-making.
