Do you love organisation, working with people and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? At Redkite Solicitors, we’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our People team and provide dedicated administrative support across our recruitment function.
You’ll play an important role in delivering a brilliant experience for candidates and hiring managers, helping us coordinate recruitment across our offices and practice areas. From getting vacancies advertised and arranging interviews to keeping candidates updated and our recruitment system accurate, you’ll help keep the whole hiring process moving.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, people-focused administrative role and would like to build their career within Talent Acquisition.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Coordinating interviews across the business, liaising with candidates, hiring managers and interview panels to arrange suitable dates and times.
- Managing interview invitations, confirmations, Teams links and any changes to interview arrangements.
- Preparing and posting job adverts across our careers site, recruitment platforms and other agreed channels.
- Ensuring vacancies and candidate information are kept accurate and up to date within our Applicant Tracking System – Zoho Recruit.
- Monitoring the recruitment inbox and responding to candidate and hiring manager queries promptly and professionally.
- Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process, making sure they know what to expect and receive a positive experience from first contact onwards.
- Managing recruitment administration, including applications, interview documentation, candidate correspondence and recruitment records.
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with arranging second-stage interviews, assessments and other selection activities.
- Helping to coordinate candidate feedback and ensuring candidates are kept informed following interviews.
- Supporting the offer process, including preparing relevant information and coordinating with HR to ensure a smooth handover into pre-employment checks and onboarding.
- Liaising with recruitment agencies where required, ensuring candidate submissions and interview arrangements are managed efficiently.
- Supporting recruitment campaigns and careers events, including preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
- Producing basic recruitment reports and maintaining accurate recruitment data.
- Helping continually improve our recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Providing wider administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Candidate-focused, understanding that even the smallest interaction contributes to someone’s impression of Redkite.
- Proactive, spotting what needs doing and taking ownership rather than waiting to be asked.

- Accurate and dependable, particularly when handling candidate information and recruitment data.
- Interested in Talent Acquisition, with a desire to learn more about recruitment and potentially develop your career within the profession.
