Description

We have a new position opening up in our TA team for an administrator to join us in our Cardiff hub and support our UK South Partner on hiring across the region. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing recruitment expertise and guidance for junior and administrator roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for junior roles, from approved vacancy through to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements and team structure.
  • Conduct detailed role briefing meetings to agree recruitment strategy, timelines and candidate profile.
  • Develop engaging ads and source candidates through direct search, LinkedIn, referrals, job boards and recruitment partners.
  • Screen applications and conduct initial interviews, maintaining accurate records in the ATS.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications.

Key Requirements

  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, either in-house or agency.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies in an ATS.
  • Highly organised with strong understanding of recruitment best practices.

Strong agency sourcing experience.
