Location & working arrangement
Nuneaton | Full-time, 37.5 hours per week | Hybrid
We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you'll spend 1–2 days per week at our Nuneaton office, bringing you together with the wider team for collaboration and connection.
Intro
Great recruitment experiences are built on the details. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to help keep our recruitment activity moving smoothly across Holland & Barrett's Operations teams.
You'll be at the heart of our recruitment process, supporting candidates, hiring managers and the recruitment team. From advertising vacancies and preparing contracts to keeping our recruitment systems and reporting accurate, you'll help create an organised, responsive experience from start to finish.
What you'll be doing
- Manage recruitment enquiries and internal requests, resolving queries or escalating them when needed.
- Create, update and publish vacancies across our applicant tracking system (ATS) and job boards.
- Prepare and issue contracts and recruitment documentation accurately and on time.
- Keep candidate, vacancy and hiring information accurate and up to date in our ATS.
- Produce weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
- Maintain recruitment records in line with data protection and retention requirements.
- Coordinate contractor administration, including contracts, renewals and outstanding actions.
- Spot opportunities to simplify processes and improve how we work.

What you'll bring
- Experience in administration, HR or recruitment support where accuracy and service matter.
- Great organisation skills and the ability to balance different priorities and deadlines.
- Clear, professional communication and a helpful approach when supporting candidates and hiring managers.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Experience working with data, digital systems and recurring reports.
- An understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.
- An understanding of confidentiality, GDPR and accurate record keeping.
- A collaborative approach and curiosity about how processes could work better.
