Would you like to be a part of a new Talent Acquisition function working for our iconic brand? This is an exciting new role in the TwiningsOvO Talent Acquisition team with responsibility for recruiting the best Talent for all TwiningsOvo businesses and functions. The role holder will be responsible for working alongside the business to really understand the recruitment need and then activating a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in the candidate management for all UK functions, but not limited to:
- Screening candidates in the ATS
- Support the Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS) to create shortlists
- Scheduling interviews for the Hiring Manager and the Candidate
- Updating the ATS ensuring that Candidates are at the correct stage in the process
- Manage the Recruitment inbox, Responding to candidates in timely manner
- Ensures all roles are advertised both Internally and Externally
- Owns recruitment for roles where direct sourcing is not required. Managing the candidate through the process
- Pulls together insights from LinkedIn and other tools for use with the Hiring Manager brief and shortlisting for both UK and International markets
- Completes the candidate assessment and psychometric assessments alongside the HR teams
- Spots opportunities for process improvement
- Supports the Employee Branding and Content Marketing including:
- Creation and management of Social Media posts
- Posting on Social platforms
- Can gather content from stakeholders around the business
- Happy to work internationally to join up the candidate comms
- Forms relationships with Universities and Colleges as a source of early career talent aligning this to the Talent Acquisition Strategy. Building key relationships along the way
- Pulls together monthly data dashboard with key Recruitment metrics taken from various sources. This will be across multiple Countries and Markets with a real attention to detail
- Confident in pulling and analysing various data points. Pulling this together and providing great visual reports with Insights and actions
- Raising PO’s and invoicing
- Comfortable in stepping in for the TAS where needed

- A minimum of 1 year’s experience of in-house recruitment
- Enjoys data and its interpretation
- Detail-orientated
- Diligent with tasks, ensuring quality of work is of the highest standard
- Pro-active and always thinking ahead
- Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be a competent and agile communicator across a diverse organisation with many nationalities and cultures
