About Sygnature Discovery

At Sygnature Discovery, we create exceptional scientific outcomes. For our customers, who bring life-changing medicines to patients; and for our people, who help make this possible.

We’re 700+ scientists from over 50 countries, working as one across Europe and North America. With no competing internal programs, we offer total confidentiality and commitment.

Over the past 20 years, we’ve earned a track record of real impact: 60+ advanced candidates, 250 patents filed, 200+ active projects. Over 90% of our customers choose to stay with us – from biotechs racing to clinic to pharma companies that need specialised expertise for targeted challenges.

About The Role

The work we do in Talent Acquisition is crucial to ensuring we have the brightest scientists and leaders in place to make great science happen. Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver a professional, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding.

Experience in sourcing, identifying, and attracting candidates is a must. We’re looking for someone who is dynamic and isn’t afraid to think outside the box, has a growth mindset, and enjoys finding creative ways to engage hard-to-find talent. You’ll be proactive, commercially aware, and just as excited by shaping and improving recruitment processes as you are by finding brilliant people.

You’ll act as a trusted and respected recruitment advisor to hiring managers and our Senior Leadership Team, providing advice and guidance across recruitment-related activities. You’ll also work closely with the wider People Team and provide broader support across Learning and Development activities, giving you the opportunity to contribute beyond recruitment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
