Talent Acquisition Advisor - Coventry

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our growing Talent Acquisition team.
The role requires someone who is highly organised, confident managing multiple recruitment priorities and able to build strong, credible relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
You’ll be proactive in identifying, searching for and engaging talent, with the ability to understand role requirements, navigate the external market and influence positive hiring outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll manage recruitment campaigns across a range of roles, taking ownership from vacancy approval through to offer stage. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, you'll deliver high-quality recruitment solutions while building your capability to operate with increasing independence.
You'll:
- Manage vacancies end-to-end, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and become a trusted recruitment advisor
- Conduct targeted candidate searches and proactively identify talent through multiple sourcing channels
- Develop a detailed understanding of the external talent market and recruitment trends
- Create attraction strategies, adverts and campaign activity to secure the best talent
- Screen, assess and shortlist candidates against role requirements
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process
- Support talent pooling and pipeline development for key and hard-to-fill roles
- Use recruitment data and market intelligence to inform hiring decisions
- Contribute to continuous improvements that enhance candidate and stakeholder experience

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Experience working in recruitment or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency, with proven ability to source, engage and manage candidates across multiple roles. Experience within infrastructure, construction or the built environment would be advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build credible relationships with hiring managers, candidates and wider business stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience in talent attraction, sourcing and candidate engagement.
- The ability to research markets, identify talent and build effective pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to recruitment delivery.
- A commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience and maintaining professional standards throughout the recruitment process.
- Confidence managing recruitment activity with pace, accuracy and professionalism.
