Your opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People Team, providing dedicated support to our Talent Acquisition Partners across sourcing, candidate screening and interview scheduling, and taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a number of roles.

You will:

  • Support Talent Acquisition Partners with end-to-end recruitment coordination, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and fit against role requirements
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking and referrals
  • Assist with preparing look books of candidate profiles in PowerPoint for review where applicable
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters)
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a number of roles, managing the candidate journey from sourcing through to offer
  • Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote Janus Henderson as an employer of choice
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed, including processing invoices and maintaining team mailboxes
  • Collaborate on Talent Acquisition related projects as required
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

  • Experience in Recruiting or a HR-related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Strong administrative skills, highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Team player who is enthusiastic, flexible and enjoys collaborating
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about recruiting top talent and candidate experience
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
