Talent Acquisition Advisor
London | Hybrid Working 3 days per week
We're partnering with a high-growth global investment and advisory business to hire a Talent Associate into their expanding People team.
This is an opportunity to join a highly respected firm who have had significant growth over recent years and ambitious plans ahead, talent acquisition is a key strategic focus for the business.
Supporting recruitment across the UK and global business, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to attract, engage and assess exceptional talent across corporate functions and early careers hiring.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple vacancies (5-10 at any one time)
- Supporting sourcing activity through LinkedIn, referrals, networking and market mapping.
- Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders on active searches.
- Managing candidate communications and ensuring an excellent recruitment experience.
- Maintaining ATS data and recruitment reporting.
- Supporting employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Working with external search firms where appropriate.
- Producing market insights and competitor intelligence.

About you:

- Previous experience within Talent Acquisition, Executive Search or Contingent Recruitment.
- Experience working within Financial Services, Professional Services, Consulting or another fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable engaging with senior professionals and business leaders.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Commercially minded, proactive and intellectually curious.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
