Exciting new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor

Join our Talent Acquisition Team supporting CEL - Costain’s multi-discipline in-house engineering and design team who deliver design mainly across Costain projects.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will work with a Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver an effective and inclusive recruitment process with a key focus on:

  • Candidate experience
  • Sourcing of candidates
  • Ensuring the needs of the external client are met and understood

You will be sourcing candidates for our multi-disciplinary engineering team who deliver engineering and design services across a range of complex projects within the UK Energy, Water, Nuclear, Defence and Transportation sectors.

Role Details

  • Full time, hybrid role
  • Predominantly home-based
  • Office attendance in London up to 2 days per week.
