Work at the heart of sustainable change with Ramboll

Ramboll is a global architecture, engineering, and consultancy company. As a foundation-owned people company, founded in Denmark, we believe that the purpose of sustainable change is to create a thriving world for both nature and people. So, that’s where we start – and how we work. Our history is rooted in a clear vision of how a responsible company should act and being open and curious is a cornerstone of our culture.

Ramboll in the United Kingdom and Ireland has a proven track record of sustainable and responsible business and is a top ten engineering and environmental and sustainability consultancy in the UK, with more than 1,500 employees across 16 offices. Ramboll experts deliver innovative solutions across Buildings, Transport, Environment & Health, and Energy. In 2024, Ramboll was included in the Sunday Times’ list of Best Places to Work.

Job Description

We’re looking for an aspiring Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team and drive recruitment projects across Europe.

You’ll deliver high-quality recruitment support to our business areas and collaborate across borders. To succeed in this role, you should be service-minded, organised, and curious about people and culture. Experience from engineering, architecture, or consultancy recruitment, either in-house or agency, will be an advantage, but is not required.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, whether you are just starting out or have already established yourself in the recruitment space and want to work for a company that’s shaping a more sustainable future, this could be the opportunity for you.

Your new role

As our new Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll join a dedicated global TA team with colleagues from the UK, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Germany. You’ll act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
