Talent Acquisition Advisor – Business Support Recruitment

Are you a recruitment professional with a passion for people and process? Looking to take ownership of a role and really make it your own? A leading UK law firm, based in the heart of Central London, is looking for a TA Advisor to join their collaborative and supportive team on a permanent basis.
The Role
You will be the go-to person for all things business support recruitment – managing end-to-end hiring across areas such as administration, marketing, finance, IT, and more. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the wider HR team to attract top talent, streamline recruitment processes, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for business support roles across the firm
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding
- Maintain recruitment data and reporting
- Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practice and market insight
- Collaborate with the wider HR and Talent team on broader initiatives
About You
- Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within legal or professional services
- Strong understanding of business support functions and their hiring needs
- Confident managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously
- Personable, organised, and solutions-focused
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
