Talent Acquisition Advisor (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of functions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure exceptional talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen and interview candidates.
- Manage vacancies through an ATS.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate journey.
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies and support early careers recruitment.

About You
You'll Have
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or resourcing.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using an ATS
