About Chemify

We're not doing chemistry the old way. And we're not building our company the old way either.
Chemify is revolutionising chemistry by bringing together AI, robotics and science to make the synthesis of previously unimaginable molecules, drugs and materials instantly accessible.

We're an ambitious, curious and fast-growing team, made up of scientists, engineers, robotics experts and business specialists. Everyone brings something different to the table, but we're united by a desire to solve difficult problems and build something that matters.

As we grow, our people and culture are becoming increasingly important. We want to build an environment where talented people can do their best work, where colleagues feel supported, and where our ways of working evolve alongside the business.
That's where our Talent Acquisition team comes in.

The Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our small, friendly HR team.

This could be a great next step for someone with around 9 months to 2 years of recruitment or HR experience who wants to get involved in much more than traditional recruitment administration.

You'll have the chance to get involved across the full range of Talent Acquisition activity — from scheduling and coordinating interviews, to keeping our ATS in great shape, liaising with candidates and hiring managers, helping scope new roles, and turning recruitment data into meaningful insights.

You'll work closely with our wider HR function, giving you exposure to a broad range of People operations alongside your recruitment work. If you enjoy variety and learning new things, you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing

  • Keeping recruitment running smoothly
    • Scheduling and coordinating interviews across multiple roles and hiring teams.
    • Taking ownership of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), keeping candidate records accurate and up to date.
    • Processing candidate and role changes accurately and efficiently.
    • Supporting recruitment administration and pre-employment checks.
    • Liaising with payroll and other teams to make sure new starter information is processed smoothly.
    • Handling confidential candidate information with care and discretion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why Chemify?

You'll be joining Talent Acquisition at a pretty exciting time.

Chemify is growing quickly, and that means there's a real opportunity to help shape how we hire as we scale. You won't be joining a huge recruitment machine where everything has already been decided — you'll have a voice.

You'll work in a small, supportive team where you can learn from experienced HR and recruitment colleagues, take ownership of your own work and get exposure to a genuinely broad range of Talent Acquisition and wider People activity.

You'll also get to work alongside some incredibly innovative people doing things that haven't been done before — and play your own part in helping bring the right people into the team that makes it possible.

If you're early in your recruitment career, want to learn fast and like the idea of helping build something rather than simply maintaining something that already exists — we'd love to hear from you!
