About The Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.
- Coordinate with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process and foster positive candidate experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on recruitment activities, market insights, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Participate in networking events, industry seminars, and career fairs to promote the company's brand and attract top talent.
- Continuously seek ways to improve recruitment processes and enhance service delivery to clients and candidates.
