Talent Acquisition Associate / Coordinator

My financial services client requires a TA / Coordinator. This role sits within the TA function, supporting the delivery of efficient, compliant hiring while building capability to take on end-to-end recruitment.
This role is a development-focused TA position that is a mixture of hands-on recruitment coordination with growing ownership of hiring activities.

It is a perfect role for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator looking to step up, with responsibilities spanning end-to-end administration (interview scheduling, ATS management, contractor onboarding and compliance) alongside candidate screening, sourcing, and stakeholder support. The role offers a clear pathway to evolve into a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with increasing exposure to managing vacancies, advising hiring managers, and shaping recruitment outcomes.
