We’re growing rapidly and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our London HQ. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career to learn the ropes of talent acquisition in a fast-paced fintech and trading environment. You’ll work closely with our Global HR Manager and hiring teams to help attract and hire exceptional talent globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the HR team to support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple global offices.
- Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and targeted outreach.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial pre-screening to assess candidate suitability.
- Manage interview scheduling and candidate coordination across different time zones.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines using the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Support employer branding activities, including LinkedIn campaigns, events, and talent marketing.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding.
- Build a strong understanding of Hantec’s business lines (FX, CFD, and prop trading) to effectively represent the brand to candidates.
- Assist with reporting, recruitment metrics, and other HR administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment or resourcing (in-house or agency) - or a strong interest in building a career in talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Confidence in speaking to candidates and representing the company professionally.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn the FX and fintech space.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools (training can be provided).
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
