Talent Associate

Thyme | Tech Recruitment | London | £30,000 + Commission | OTE £37,500

Thyme is a specialist tech recruitment business that has been running for 7 years. We work with technology companies across software engineering, AI, product, data, cloud and deep tech.

We are a small team of 5 and we are going through a real transformation: clearer standards, stronger training and proper career paths for people who want to build a long-term career in recruitment.

We are now hiring a Talent Associate to join the delivery side of the business.

This role is focused on finding, speaking with and managing candidates for live vacancies. You will learn how to source talent, qualify people properly, support client shortlists and manage candidates through interview processes.

You do not need recruitment experience, but you do need to be confident, curious, organised and willing to learn.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
