About The Role

Our client, a large IT consultancy, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner on an interim basis to support their ambitious growth initiatives. This role offers an initial contract of three months, with a preference for one day per week presence at the company's London office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a diverse range of roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for all stakeholders. Operating within a complex, matrixed environment, this position requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on delivery capabilities. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be pivotal in shaping the company's talent acquisition strategy, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring the acquisition of high-caliber talent that aligns with the company's values and objectives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment, particularly within large, complex organizations operating in fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environments. Proven experience in IT consulting, management consulting, or professional services is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in managing the full candidate lifecycle, from attraction to onboarding, utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools effectively. Experience working either in-house or within a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment is preferred. Additionally, candidates should have a track record of handling specialist and high-volume recruitment campaigns, showcasing their ability to adapt and deliver results across various talent acquisition scenarios.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to offer acceptance and onboarding handover, ensuring a seamless process for all parties involved.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, shape effective hiring strategies, and guide decision-making throughout the selection process.
  • Conduct comprehensive market mapping and provide valuable external market intelligence across multiple skill sets and capability areas to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
  • Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on competency, capability, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with organizational values and role requirements.
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment data to evaluate process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, manage feedback loops, and collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment-related projects and lead small-scale initiatives to enhance talent acquisition processes.
