Talent Acquisition Business Partner | 12-Month Contract | West Burton

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join a growing and complex organisation on a 12-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment or talent acquisition professional to play a key role in attracting specialist talent, partnering with stakeholders and delivering effective end-to-end recruitment solutions.

The Role

  • Location: West Burton – Hybrid, 3 days per week on site
  • Contract: 12 months
  • Rate: £250–£350 per day
  • IR35: Inside IR35
  • Security Clearance: BPSS

Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and develop effective attraction strategies.
  • Source candidates for specialist and hard-to-fill roles using a range of direct sourcing and talent attraction methods.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.
  • Provide advice on recruitment best practice, employment legislation and diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and act as a trusted recruitment partner.
  • Use recruitment data and analytics to provide insights, reporting and recommendations.
  • Support improvements to recruitment and onboarding processes and the overall candidate experience.
  • Contribute to EVP, employer branding, workforce planning and large-scale recruitment campaigns where required.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with:

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, alongside significant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding.
  • A proven track record of sourcing specialist and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice, employment legislation and DE&I principles.
  • Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective talent pipelines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using recruitment data and analytics to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

Desirable Experience

Experience within any of the following environments would be advantageous:

  • Government or public sector
  • Energy
  • Engineering
  • Scientific organisations
  • Highly regulated environments

Experience in EVP and employer branding, onboarding and retention, workforce planning or large-scale recruitment campaigns would also be beneficial.
