Inside IR35 Umbrella Rate: £200.00 - £225.00 pd

Location: UK Wide (Primarily Remote with occasional travel as required)

Duration: 6 Months

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment across a fast-paced and growing technology environment.

This is a highly stakeholder-focused role where you'll partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes, drive direct sourcing activity, and provide market insight to support strategic hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through to offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates across a range of technical and business roles.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and recruitment reporting to stakeholders.
  • Utilise ATS and CRM systems to manage recruitment activity and maintain compliance.
  • Support employer branding, talent pooling, and diversity-focused hiring initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR, onboarding, and recruitment teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead or contribute to recruitment-related projects and process enhancements.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or RPO environments.
  • Experience recruiting within IT, Technology, Consulting, Professional Services, or similar sectors.
  • Strong direct sourcing and candidate attraction skills.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience using ATS and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to analyse recruitment data and present insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
