What You'll Be Doing
As our Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you'll be the recruitment expert and trusted advisor to managers across the business, helping us identify, attract and secure the talent that will drive our future success.
You'll:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles and departments using our Applicant Tracking System (Workday), to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing challenge and support on role requirements, benchmarking, hiring strategies and selection decisions, while ensuring all recruitment documentation is accurate, complete and compliant.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding, building positive relationships and ensuring candidates feel informed, supported and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as an ambassador for our employer brand, creating a positive and lasting impression of our business regardless of the recruitment outcome.
- Champion inclusive recruitment practices and support our diversity and inclusion ambitions.
- Build talent pipelines through apprenticeships, graduate programmes, industry partnerships and by developing relationships with talented individuals interested in future career opportunities with our business.
- Represent the business at careers fairs, networking events and recruitment initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and suppliers.

What We're Looking For
You'll be a confident, proactive recruiter who enjoys building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns across a variety of roles and disciplines.
- Previous in-house recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders providing expert advice, guidance and constructive challenge throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong knowledge of UK recruitment best practice, employment legislation and inclusive hiring principles.
- Expertise in sourcing, attraction and candidate engagement strategies.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday desirable).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience in recruitment, HR, business or a related field.

The recruitment process will begin with a screening call via Microsoft Teams, followed by a first-stage interview on Thursday 3rd September. Successful candidates will then be invited to a second-stage interview on Wednesday 16th or Thursday 17th September. #LI-SP1
