JOB PURPOSE

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will have a direct and visible impact on the success of the Rigid Packaging division at Amcor. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to shape and deliver hiring strategies that enable growth, performance, and long-term capability across manufacturing and production sites in Europe.

You will be trusted to own the full recruitment lifecycle, bringing curiosity, energy, and a strong business mindset to every interaction. By combining deep understanding of the business with market insight and proactive sourcing, you will help leaders make confident hiring decisions and build strong, future-ready teams.

This is a true business partnership role, offering the opportunity to influence how talent is attracted, assessed, and hired during an exciting period of transformation and increased activity. You will be part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team, learning the business, building relationships, and contributing to how Talent Acquisition continues to evolve across the organization.

This position is fully remote and can be based in France, Germany, the UK, Spain, or Italy.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across Rigid Packaging manufacturing and production sites, managing both high-volume hiring needs and critical individual hires
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify needs, set priorities, and deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes

Business Partnership & Talent Advisory

  • Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to business leaders and HR in a complex, matrix environment, balancing multiple business priorities
  • Advise, challenge, and support stakeholders by aligning immediate hiring needs with longer-term talent and workforce strategies

Proactive Sourcing & Market Insight

  • Drive direct sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping to attract talent in highly competitive labor markets
  • Bring relevant market intelligence into hiring discussions, including talent availability, competitor activity, and salary trends

Process Excellence & Team Contribution

  • Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience while operating in line with local labor laws and internal standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of TA processes and ways of working, sharing best practices across the team

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven ownership of full-cycle recruitment
  • Solid experience recruiting in manufacturing environments (operations and site-based roles)
  • Experience working in multinational, matrix organizations, navigating complexity and cultural differences
  • Experience working both in-house and agency to have a diversified approach of the recruitment job
  • Fluent English and another language (ex: French, German, Spanish, Italian,...)
  • Strong “get-the-ground-running” mindset: adaptable, agile, hands-on, and comfortable with low-maturity environments
  • High level of accountability, ownership, and collaboration — a team player mindset.
