About Us

Whether we are delivering small scale improvements or a major project, Taylor Woodrow’s success is founded on the teams that we build, the relationships we develop and the engineering solutions that we provide.

We have a strong regional presence across the UK, where local people bring local solutions across a range of infrastructure and civil engineering projects as part of long-term frameworks. This is complimented by our ability to deliver major infrastructure projects requiring complex engineering solutions.

Our projects support the UK’s energy transition, deliver improvements to the highways network and enhance rail infrastructure. The strategic infrastructure that we construct are the building blocks for growth and this includes a role in delivering the UK’s low carbon transport future through High Speed 2.

Job Role

We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support the delivery of Taylor Woodrow’s resourcing strategy by partnering with operational teams and hiring managers to ensure the business has the right people in place to meet current project requirements and future workforce needs.

Reporting to the Resources Manager, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner will support redeployment of internal employees, project mobilisation and external recruitment activity across Taylor Woodrow, helping to align available talent with business demand and ensuring vacancies are progressed efficiently, professionally and in line with agreed recruitment processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
