Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (12-Month Maternity Cover) to join our Human Resources team, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Director.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across the UK/EMEA region, with a strong focus on technical and technology hiring. You will partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract high-quality talent across a range of specialist and technical disciplines.
You will also support university relations and employer branding initiatives across the region and collaborate with the global TA team as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across UK/EMEA, with a strong focus on technical and specialist roles across multiple business units and countries.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business and technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, talent databases and other relevant channels, building pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
- Provide hiring managers with talent market insights, including candidate availability, skills trends and market conditions.
- Deliver a consistent, efficient hiring process and a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Build strong partnerships with the business, HR CoEs and HRBPs.
- Support employer branding, university recruitment, STEM/early-career and ID&E initiatives across the region.
- Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team on wider recruitment initiatives and best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development or a relevant related field.
Required
- At least 4 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 - 3 years of hands-on technical recruitment experience within an in-house and/or agency environment.
- Demonstrable experience recruiting across technology, engineering, software, infrastructure, data, digital or other specialist technical disciplines.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and hard-to-fill searches, including direct sourcing of passive talent.
- Experience using ATS, CRM and sourcing/talent intelligence tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Talent Insights.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders across different countries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
