Talent Acquisition & Campus Recruitment Intern

Location: Manchester, UK, with flexible remote working
Contract: Fixed-term internship, six months

Overview

A fast-growing global research and professional services organisation is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Campus Recruitment Intern to support its UK graduate recruitment programme.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, you will help deliver graduate recruitment campaigns, develop university partnerships and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, HR or employer branding while gaining practical experience within an international organisation.
The role offers flexible remote working, with preference given to candidates based in the Manchester area or those able to travel to university recruitment events as required.

Responsibilities

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will support recruitment initiatives across the UK business, with a particular focus on graduate hiring and campus engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting graduate recruitment campaigns, careers fairs and employer events across UK universities
  • Developing and maintaining university partnerships and recruitment calendars
  • Promoting the organisation’s employer brand across campus recruitment channels
  • Managing high-volume candidate communications and outreach
  • Coordinating interviews, recruitment administration and hiring logistics
  • Supporting offer management and onboarding activities
  • Maintaining accurate candidate and recruitment data
  • Working closely with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of hiring initiatives

Requirements

  • Currently studying toward, or recently completed, a bachelor’s degree
  • A genuine interest in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, HR or employer branding
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • An enthusiastic, proactive approach and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technology and internal systems
  • The ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully and responsibly, with close attention to accuracy, confidentiality, data quality and human judgement
  • Availability to attend university recruitment events in Manchester and other UK locations when required
