About the Role: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will support the delivery of an efficient, professional, and engaging recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers across Activate Learning.

You will coordinate recruitment activity across a range of vacancies, working closely with hiring managers and colleagues to ensure vacancies progress smoothly from approval through to appointment. You will also play an important role in attracting and engaging talent. This will include creating engaging job adverts and social media content, supporting employer branding activity, promoting our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), and contributing to internal recruitment communications and our Employee Referral Scheme.

  • Manage vacancies, candidate information, and recruitment data using our ATS.
  • Create engaging job adverts and social media content to attract candidates.
  • Support employer branding and promote our Employer Value Proposition.
  • Produce recruitment reports and provide insights to support hiring decisions.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes and the candidate experience.
  • Ensure recruitment activity meets GDPR, safer recruitment, and organisational requirements.

This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Oxford College, with the flexibility of hybrid working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
