This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on building talent pipelines, improving recruitment outcomes and driving initiatives that help people feel valued, engaged and connected throughout their career with Trident.

You'll work closely with senior leaders, influence organisational strategy and play a key role in ensuring Trident attracts, develops and retains exceptional talent.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and continuously improve our end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Partner with managers and leaders to identify current and future workforce needs.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Enhance our employer brand and candidate experience.
  • Lead talent management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Use workforce and recruitment data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Champion values-based recruitment and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Improve colleague engagement and experience across the employee lifecycle.
  • Build strong partnerships with external organisations, education providers and community groups.
  • Ensure recruitment activity is compliant, fair, efficient and aligned to best practice.

About You

You'll be an experienced recruitment or talent professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You'll bring:

  • Significant experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
  • A track record of improving recruitment performance and candidate experience.
  • Experience building talent pools and direct sourcing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice, employment law and inclusion.
  • Experience using data and insight to influence decisions and drive improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
  • CIPD Level 5/7 qualification or equivalent experience.
