Talent Acquisition Consultant – Mobilisation Campaign
6 Months Fixed Term Opportunity
Hybrid – Attached to Solihull
Salary – Circa £35,000 pro rata – dependent on experience
Join our team and support the mobilisation one of Serco’s most prestigious public sector contracts.
We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to play a pivotal role in the mobilisation of a major, high-profile public sector contract. As part of Serco's Talent Acquisition team, you'll lead recruitment activity that is critical to the successful delivery of this nationally significant mobilisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a large-scale recruitment campaign, delivering high volume hires across a diverse portfolio of roles. The majority of recruitment will focus on contact centre and corporate positions, alongside a number of specialist and niche vacancies, giving you variety while allowing you to make a real impact from day one.

What you'll be doing
You will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, including attracting, assessing and appointing exceptional talent.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer, contracts and onboarding.
- Delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns for contact centre and corporate roles within demanding mobilisation timescales.
- Recruiting specialist and niche positions through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
- Designing and facilitating assessment and selection processes that deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Managing assessment, selection, offer management, contracts and onboarding to ensure a seamless recruitment journey.
- Building and nurturing talent pools to support immediate and future hiring requirements.
- Working closely with Recruitment Marketing to develop engaging attraction campaigns and strengthen our employer brand.
- Providing market insights and recruitment intelligence to support workforce planning and hiring decisions.

What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment and has a proven track record of managing complex volume recruitment campaigns.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns, ideally within an in-house Talent Acquisition function.
- Proven capability managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, including attraction, assessment, selection, offer management, contracts and onboarding.
- Strong sourcing capability with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms and other innovative sourcing techniques.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and advise hiring managers.
- A data-driven approach, with experience working to recruitment SLAs, KPIs and mobilisation deadlines.
- Experience using ATS and CRM systems, with exposure to AI sourcing tools such as Phenom being advantageous.
