Job Description

12 Months FTC

This is a consultant level role with Tech Recruitment experience. As we continue to grow, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our UK Recruitment team. You will be responsible for hiring the very best talent and will be instrumental in the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the recruitment target within the agreed time frame and quality standards
  • Active in terms of innovative ways to reach candidates such as improve search strategies and tools for effective candidate sourcing
  • Deep understanding of Boolean search strings and knowledge shares with the team
  • Conducts candidate research via relevant tools and channels, holds pitches with candidates that are aligned with NC value propositions and corporate EB strategy, coordinates process with headhunters
  • Participates in recruitment and employer branding activities
  • Provides relevant information to share with the team about challenges and successes in relation to current tasks and proactively suggest ideas on how to act upon them
  • Participates actively in generating an open, professional, and trusting relationship with candidates
  • Ensures sufficient planning and organization of own work, whilst reporting precisely on any issues and processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to be a trusted advisor within the business
  • Able to meet deadlines and complete administration duties to a high standard
  • Contributes to the conditions for great teamwork within the recruitment team

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment, in-house recruitment experience is preferred
  • Adept sourcing both active and passive candidates
  • Comfortable with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Able to meet KPI targets and metrics
  • Experience in creating and implementing a seamless recruitment service
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
