Location: Manchester (Remote working, but travel to offices required)
Salary: Negotiable + quarterly bonus

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our ambitious & dedicated recruitment team, a part of Brown & Brown's Teammate Resources function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to attract high-calibre talent across a diverse business.
What You'll Be Doing
As a trusted recruitment partner, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, attract and engage high-quality candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and direct sourcing.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment activity across a variety of roles and business functions.
- Developing effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
- Delivering market insight and recruitment advice to stakeholders.
- Creating engaging job advertisements and promoting opportunities through appropriate channels.
- Conducting candidate screening, interviewing and assessment activities.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.

What we're Looking For
We're interested in speaking with recruiters who are passionate about finding great talent and building long-term relationships.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in an internal Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Business Partner or agency recruitment role.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent sourcing capability across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and networking channels.
- A consultative approach with the ability to challenge and advise hiring managers.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
