Talent Acquisition Consultant – Harnham (Wimbledon, Hybrid)
Location: Wimbledon (3 days in office)
Salary: £26,000–£30,000 (depending on experience) + commission per hire made
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and organised Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team at Harnham. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our business by hiring top talent into our graduate academy. You’ll take ownership of our academy hiring strategy, ensuring we attract, assess, and onboard high-potential graduates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, interview and onboard Recruitment Consultants for our graduate academy programme which runs 3-4 times a year
- Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact through to offer and onboarding
- Track and report on hiring performance and pipeline activity

About You
- 6-12 months previous experience in recruitment (internal or agency) preferred but not a necessity
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident managing multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
- Passionate about early careers and talent development
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
