Join LV= as a Talent Acquisition Consultant where you'll play a key role in attracting top talent for a variety of roles across the business. Partnering with hiring managers, you'll understand workforce needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from brief to offer.

A great opportunity to join a team of experienced recruiters, you'll deliver a seamless candidate experience that reflects LV= values, providing expert recruitment support while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
We offer hybrid working with office attendance required 2 days a week at our Bournemouth office.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, attracting appropriately skilled talent in line with business requirements and to support wider talent acquisition strategies.
- Proactively source and build talent pools for key roles and skills areas.
- Collaborate with the People team and key stakeholders to design effective assessment and selection approaches that support talent acquisition outcomes.
- Use a range of attraction tools and sourcing methods to identify talent, working with third-party partners where required.
- Contribute towards the development of the Employee Value Proposition approach within critical talent areas.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity for job adverts, role profiles, and across the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Champion Recruitment, People, and ATS system processes with key hiring managers, whilst maintaining and updating daily to ensure MI accuracy.
- Support the wider People team in delivering strategic initiatives and projects.
- Own your defined business area, to include providing MI and data to support recruitment campaigns and strategies.

About You
- Customer-focused, committed to delivering a high-quality candidate experience
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to deliver results to tight deadlines
- Proven corporate recruitment experience, ideally within a regulated sector
- Ability to manage high-volume vacancies across multiple disciplines
- Proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on quality and results
- Experience using ATS, recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools
- Previous experience of developing talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and recruitment tools
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and strong administration skills
- Ability to deliver results to tight deadlines
