KDC Projects - Aerospace, Defence & Engineering
KDC Projects is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support both internal hiring and external recruitment delivery across major Aerospace & Defence programmes.
This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role focused on attracting high-level engineering talent, partnering with hiring managers, and supporting key customers across the sector. As well as supporting key hires internally within the business.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive and driven mindset
- Recruitment or customer-facing experience preferred
- Engineering or technical recruitment experience is a bonus
