Job Title

Our client, a growing fintech company, is looking for an organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their fast-paced, high-growth business.

About the Role

If you've worked in high-volume recruitment, agency resourcing, hospitality, retail or logistics, you'll thrive in this role. Working as part of a small Talent Acquisition team, you'll support recruitment across multiple sales and commercial roles, owning the coordination process from application through to offer stage.

Responsibilities

  • Screen CVs and manage multiple recruitment pipelines
  • Conduct first-stage telephone interviews
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards
  • Coordinate interviews and assessment centres
  • Keep the ATS accurate and up to date
  • Support offer management and onboarding
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment or coordination role

Location

This role is based in West London and requires someone onsite 5 days a week.
